Todd called and wanted to speak with the owner. He did not provide a brief introduction from where he is calling and the reason for the call. I had to ask for his name.
spoke to a male caller who wanted to "speak to the big guy", "the boss" because they were "good friends", wouldn't identify himself or use the bosses name.... hung up on me
spoke to a male caller as well who wanted to speak to the "big guy" I said no he isn't in maybe in the other office. He hung up and called back "just confirming we are talking about same big guy, is his name Kendal? " I said no it isn't and he hung up.
He is very aggressive and he lies about who he is, ask him specific questions he starts messing up the answers I will be filing a formal report for harassment.
