Todd called and wanted to speak with the owner. He did not provide a brief introduction from where he is calling and the reason for the call. I had to ask for his name.

This caller 'RJC' has called numerous times and asks for people in the office by name...very abrupt and sounding as though 'we' are taking up his time???? Anyway, even when asked if a message can be taken and relayed to the person, this male caller offers no information to pass along. The last call he very abruptly hung up on me. When someone does that we tend to think they aren't up to much good. Unless of course they are being mugged and have to hand over their phone in a big hurry or the plane is crashing or something of THAT nature. Otherwise we simply take it as a sign of incredible rudeness. This caller seems to think it will score him points for the next time he calls??
