They called me trying to sell me a Pitney Bowes postage machine. Wouldn't take no for an answer. I just told them I didn't have time and didn't want their product. The guy (Eastern accent) got huffy and said goodbye. Now he calls several times a week (sometimes several times a day) and doesn't say anything; he just breathes into the receiver. I just let him. I don't respond at all. I don't even say hello when I see that number on my call display. I just pick it up and let him breathe until he hangs up. That way I have the upper hand by him getting no satisfaction. It doesn't cost me any money for him to waste his company's money calling me.
I got tired of the scumbag calling, so I called Pitney Bowes directly, and asked for a manager, and warned them that if I ever heard from this clown again--acting on their behalf--I'd be taking legal action. The calls stopped the very next day.
Annoying call, told them I don't do much mailing. Presently have a roll of 100 stamps in my desk drawer and that will last over a year. They must not have heard me. I think I'll recommend they visit a hearing aid specialist service up the street! I would have been more impressed if they understood me and thanked me for my time rather than annoy me instead.
They say it's Pitney Bowes for Canada Post and offer special, but I wasn't interested and they kept calling me oftenly. I've tried to remove my number from there list and they are still calling *?*?&*)( they don't seem to know what a NO mean.
