This number called wanting me to open computer and follow his instructions, said i was being hacked
This person received my name and number from a site on facebook, i am certain as i never give my house number and did this once and have had 3 calls now in 2 days from different people, this was one number that called
I received a call from this number. The man had an accent like South African or something.
Said I was the one who smashed in to his car.
I said "Boy have you got the wrong number" and hung-up.
That was it....he never called back.
Shouldn't we be reporting this phone number to the Police. Obviously a SCAM.
Just got a call a few min ago from this number no one responded when i said hello numerous times....then i heard a beep and an automated voice say goodbye.
905 is hamilton ontario canada. i know this because it's my city. there are alot of call centers and unfortunately, probably more than half of them do calls like that...... nobody has won anything.... they're information gathereres.
