Total scam operation. ID themselves as "Check Mediations" in Texas, but here is no company of that name that i can find. They used to call as "National Investigations". Another non-existent company. The name Rachel Collins appears on other "you-wrote-a-bad-check-and-you're-going-to-be-arrested" scams. No one really knows where they are located.

If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now. If you can find them.
Ignore and block the calls. Total scam operation. Only judges can issue warrants. They are only issued on the application of duly constituted law enforcement officers. They are only issue to duly constituted law enforcement officers and are only issued in criminal cases. They are served in hand. Debt collectors have no influence on the criminal justice system. Defaulting on a civil loan is not a crime. Being in ordinary civil debt is not a crime and you can't be arrested for it.
they keep calling me from all different phone numbers saying its in reference to a bad check. I do not write checks I pay everything on line. I don't answer their calls but want them to stop calling me.
Been getting calls from these tards for a year now. They tell me the same things that I had a payday loan and closed my bank account stupid stuff like that. Im active duty Air Force and if I was being investigated the Air Force would have found out long ago. The only scary part is they know who I bank with as well as my social and previous addresses. I've been looking at what I can do legally to make this stop before something serious happens. I tried filing a claim through the better business bureau but there isn't enough info on the so called "business" to make a claim. Anyone know what else can be done besides simply blocking them?
