Called my cell, ID said Westfield. I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. Blocking.

I received a call 908 2646323

This charity is a scam.  They do not give any money to anyone but themselves.  Check it out on Charity Navigator.

I answered the phone, no one spoke, then they hung up. Called back and got an automated message from "Ray Crusett" for the Police Association. Again - ALL automated. Can be part of the new scam to get you to say "yes", record it and then use that as YOUR permission for whatever they apply it to.
