Who called from 9082661026

Appeared a government call didn't answer just seemed weird. No msg left.

Called at 2:45pm. Same number now using the I.D. "Drazo." Diverted by a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (rhymes with SoNoHobo). I called back (*67) and got, “No one available. Good-bye."

You'll have an option on your phone to block callers.  Better, you can get an anti-virus app (free!) which will have a blacklist as one function, which will allow you to block IMs as well.

I answered. Offer to lower mortgage rates. I said no, take me off your list.  Sounds like a junk call to me, possibly a scam.
