This is a robo-called number on a tie-line that is associated with multiple frauds, including auto warranties and mortgage interest rate reduction. It may be associated with spoofed numbers used by a ring that tries to fool you with calls in quick succession from all over the U.S., but they are still the same criminal gang. What they really want is your credit card number so they can fraudulently charge $100s for alleged "processing fees to expedite the process," for items which will never be fulfilled. Blocked.
