I have received calls from this number on my home phone. I called this number from a borrowed unregistered prepaid mobile phone. The pre-precorded message I received was "thank you for calling WCA Subscriber Services. The number you are calling from is not a subscriber number. I then hung up. Congratulations. This phone number has just wan an all-expenses-paid trip to the luxury destination of Block City.
