you need to get a phone system or device that can block numbers. I have a Panasonic cordless phone system that can block 250 numbers and it's easy to do.
This jerk called again today using the number 908-388-1154, the name "US ARM FOR ASSN" came up on the caller ID. He asked to speak to the "Lady of the House", which was me, so he kept laughing and asking me if I was "staying out of trouble" as well as talking about the weather, etc, acting like he was my best friend, so I repeatedly kept telling him I was not interested, but he would not stop talking, it was so bad that I thought I was listening to a tape recorded message, and he kept talking so I told him I was going to report him to the police and he said "alright ma'am we will add you to our do not call list" and hung up on me.
