For other scammers, such as "lower your credit card rate" or "you've won a free cruise" or "you qualify for a free medical alert alarm" it's easy to use their greed against them and keep them on the phone and really hurt their business if you use fake name and credit card information.
Use fake information from FakeNameGenerator.com and you can keep them on the line for ten, twenty, even thirty minutes and longer. You have fun and you keep some poor sucker safe because these scammers can't call other victims if they're wasting their time talking to you.

Previously Blacklisted number called our DNC registered landline on 11/17/2014 @ 02:00 PM from Linden, NJ. Caller ID shows V11171400480011. I decided to pick up and play. It was Bridget from Card Services. I spoke with a rep for a few minutes until he got frustrated and hung up without any obscenities. That's better than usual.
