I received probably (it seems) my millionth call, from "Bridgette from cardholder services" just now waking me up.
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis years ago and do quite well, but fatigue from the disease does require naps.
I get woke up frequently from these calls, I've never said anything...following the Do Not Call Registry Guidelines.
Today I pushed the #1 button spoke to Sonia, and told her that I have MS and was telling of nap disturbance....before I could finish by asking to be REMOVED from list, she disconnected.
I truly hope that someone will figure out how to stop these people, this is not only bad business, bad customer service(you NEVER hang up on someone), it's bad for everyone's mental and physical health.
Credit card scammers calling stating that it is urgent that that be contacted about reducing rates, with yet another "final notice" warning.
CallerID shows "Out of Area"
Calling back using *67 prefix, heard no ringing, just silence at first, then an electronic voice stating "Please press any digit to be removed from this list. This may take 24 to 48 hours. Thank you."
