Called on my cell phone and then 2 seconds after I declined the call they called back.  Have now added them to the call blocker.  Waiting to see if it was important enough to leave a message.  Most likely not.

Well he called 2 more times and was blocked so if it was so important, why did he not leave a message when he had the chance?
