Received a text message to call. Identified as BOA. I don't do any business with BOA so called from independent landline to verify what was on the other end and clearly a scam. Guess the scammer expects enough people doing business with BOA will fall victim.
I received this text message this morning:
(WellsFargo-UrgentNotification-Call: (908) 818-1530)
I am a Verizon Customer and the caller was [email protected]; i blocked the number
Received a text "Affinity FCU-Urgent/Notificaition-Call: (908) 818-1530."
from [email protected].
If you get something like this don't reply or call - it's spam!
