Called and didn't leave a message. When they called back, Nancy told me she was calling about my JCP&L electric bill. She informed me next month there would be a 20% reduction on my bill. All she needed was my current bill so I could give her some information off of it. Sounds like they were going to switch me to another electric company without my knowledge.
Repeated calls from this number, and no one answers when the call is picked up. No one leaves a message when not picked up and no one answers when you call the number back.
