According to Intelus.com this is an INVALID phone number. There is no prefix that begins with a number 1 in the 909 Area Code (and probably not in any area code). This is definitely a scam and made-up, spoofed number! I do not know if these callers are scammers or down-right criminals! Caller ID reads California--yeah, right!
