According to Intelus.com this is an INVALID phone number. There is no prefix that begins with a number 1 in the 909 Area Code (and probably not in any area code). This is definitely a scam and made-up, spoofed number! I do not know if these callers are scammers or down-right criminals! Caller ID reads California--yeah, right!

Cannot be called back, as this is a non-existent number (there is no prefix beginning with "1" in the 909 area code). This number has called us before, as far back as 21 October 2014. Clearly considering a spam call.
