Somebody or something left a voice mail in an extra terrestrial language.

Have gotten three calls from this number in 2 days. Never leaves a voice mail.

Called later in the afternoon and left a voicemail but didn't say anything... weird.

same thing called twice left no message....is on ignore list now.

This number belongs to ATT Wireless (or whatever they're calling themselves now).  It is an INBOUND number to check a cellular/wireless subscriber's voicemail account.  You would dial the number and then enter your account authentication info to retrieve your voicemail.  If someone is using it to dial you, then the number is being "spoofed" (FAKE).
