Caller ID says Loma Linda Medical but the person with the strong Indian accent says he is call about my computer being infected. When I told him that I was a police officer and I wanted to know who he was and where he was located, the told me to go "F" myself and hung up.
The person knew my last name and said they were calling about my computer. The man had, what sounded like, an Indian accent, very thick. I thought it was very odd so I hung up.
Called said they were from Microsoft and calling about my computer....very thick Indian or Pakistani accent and I could hear lots of others in the background. Sounds like a boiler room. So bye-bye click.
This person called me I was on the phone for 7 min approx. Asked why I hadent gotten an email from someone reguarding the "problems" with my computer. I googled this, hung up, and he tried calling me back 3 times!!!! ..... Make that 4...... Why would someone from a company call me so many freaking times.... I will be contacting Microsoft today
caller id said loma linda medi. hmm, short for medical. don't know anyone in loma linda - let the machine pick it up. no message. guess it was not important.
