I called back and told the jerk that answered that he was a disgrace to his family and is bringing shame upon them. He abruptly hung up before I could really mess with him. Called back and got no answer.
This is a female caller who claims to be from the Department of Treasury and unless we call the number a lawsuit will be filed against us. This is an old scam since the Department of Treasury and the IRS do not make phone calls, but do any action by mail. This is for the protection of the government and the taxpayer since it provides a paper trail for both parties in case of any dispute. How do I know this--32 years of experience.
These------are using terms of: IRS. Federal Government, etc. I thought it was against the law for anyone posing as agents in Gov. You can be sure, if it was an American doing this, they would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law! New World Order my A--! THIS CALL WAS A THREAT!
