I also received an ominous call from this number. I called the number but it seems to be out order. U.S. Treasury out of order?

Received a MSG that the IRS is going to file against me. The number is 909-219-4340, and is no longer in service when I called to give them my thoughts of what a jerk they are. Why are they able to get a phone number to do this type of thing. I think the telephone company should take some of the blame.
