Friday 15 May 2015 -- 11:50 am -- Caller ID said "unknown name". No message was left. Internet complaints say the caller is silent when the phone is picked up. No specific intel on identity or purpose of the call.
I did sign the petition to stop robo calls. Don't know if it will do any good. Putting my numbers on the Do Not Call List was, and is a waste of time. It was probably a good idea 20 - 30 years ago. Forcing telephone companies to give you a Do Not Call choice system on each phone is the only way it will ever be stopped. I never answer my land line phone anymore--and they very, very seldom leave a message. So far I only have one telemarketer who calls my cell phone one or two times a month---which I also ignore.
Tuesday 30 June 2015 -- 9:05 am -- Caller ID said "unknown name". No message was left. Has called us at least twice before (15 May 2015 and 31 March 2015). Some complaints say this caller is "Crown Construction" telemarketer.
pretends to want to come out and give me an estimate on home repairs calls repeatedly despite my request to be taken off call list. how do I block this number? appreciate any help I can get as it is very annoying and he doesn't speak good English so I feel sure it is a scam of some sort
