These local numbers that call and are phising from bill collectors. It is against the law to use other numbers other than the original number they need to use. I never answer calls that I do not know. Receved a call from 909-394-4533 which is in Lake Arrowhead and leaves a message Hello (in a foriegn tone).
It's definitely a call center. They called and I didn't answer and they didn't hang up properly and left a voice mail with lots of ladies talking on the phone in the background.
