They get really rude when you tell them you aren't who they ask for. say you owe money an I'm telling them the whole time to take me off calling list that have wrong person

I have gotten about 5 or 6 calls from this number (also comes through on caller ID as "unavailable") in the last few days. I don't answer it because I don't know anyone with that number. They call multiple times within a few minutes. I am on the national do not call list and it is my cell phone they are calling. They never leave a message on the voice mail. I dismiss the call and they call right back. Something needs to be done about whoever does this wherever they are!! Hard working people don't need to be harassed by people who obviously have no reason for calling anyone.
They do the same to me. They have even gone so far as to find me on Facebook, they see what my favorite school is, and use that school's phone exchange to mask their calls to me. Really? It is unreal. I have an attorney and have told them countless times to speak to her, however they are too stupid to realize their actions are illegal.
