Its a law firm based out of Mass, or they claim to be a law firm attempting to collect a debt.  They are junk debt collectors. You may have an old credit card bill that was bought by them for pennies on the dollar and now they are going after you for the full amount.

Be mindful if you decide to speak with them. First do not give them any information. Do not give them your banking info, and do not agree with them that you owe anything. Do not offer to send them money,,,not one cent.

You may get a letter from them in the mail. That letter will NOT include the name of the original credit card company. YOu will see in the body of their letter that you owe money..the letter will also include a very large amount of money they claim you owe them...........

Google the FTC and read up on your rights. If you have a hunch as to the debt they are trying to collect think back to the last payment you made to the credit card company. Then check your states statue of limitations. You may have passed that magic number.  Also this company is from MASS not NC ..what makes them think they can practice law in our state????

Dont let anyone scare you into anything..and they will try to.
