OH Please let me upload the support scam that claims my PC is infected and to call this number !! Claims to be Microsoft and that these villains already have my FB and bank login info, it's a TOTAL SCAM!
Received call at 11:56 today. No message left but my phone shows this call originated from Southport, NC. I don't know anyone there, so I called them. They are a durable medical equipment provider. They said one of my insurance providers gave them my number. This is highly unlikely. I requested that they remove my number from their list, and they said they would ask the provider to remove my name. My contract with the insurance company says they will not sell, loan or give my number to a third party.
This number called me a few months ago about a brace. I signed up for a knee brace. I ended up speaking with a Doctor in the next week or so over the phone and the knee brace arrived a few days later. I wear it when I work out.
