It is the Verizon Customer Retention center am getting the same calls for some Rita Naomi. Tried calling the number back but since I am not her it of course wouldn't work for me. So I called Verizon directly 800-922-0204 and pressed 0 a couple times to get a person. Was a little peeved since I am not a Verizon customer and have had this cell number for 6 yrs now so not like it was recently or ever someone elses. They supposedly took care of it. Time will tell I guess.
Ok got cut off, then transferred to Alltel (my carrier) now back to Verizon cut off again, doubt it is taken care of and am betting they will be hearing from me again.
