Yeah i just answered the phone finally when they called saying i owe them money for a cash advancement. i already had a company not sure if it is this one take 30 dollars out of my account. i told them it these were the same people that i had reported them to the police as a theft and they hung up on me.. i am def getting my checking acct changed cause this is just crazy.........
These people called me today saying that I defaulted on a payday loan and they wanted the payment within 48 hours or I would go to jail. I told the guy I did not get a payday loan ever. He then put his "supervisor" on the phone and asked about me making the payment. I told him I have never had a payday loan and was not paying anything, he said I would go to jail then. I told him when he got his facts straight and could talk to me like a human he could call me back.
I just received a call from this number. The guy had an Indian accent and english wasn't very good. He told me he was calling about my past due account with Pay Day Loans. I explained to him that I do not have an account with Pay Day Loans. He said "well, you do, how else would I have your phone number". I told him to fax/email me the information that he has and prove to me that I have a loan there. He told me he could not do that. I told him to give me a supervisor or another number that I could call. He hung up the phone. I called him back and asked why he hung up, he just hung up again. I called back a 3rd time and told him he was a complete scam artist and I was reporting him! I filed a complaint with the FTC!
This number calls me everyday at least twice a day and I finally called them back. They are from North Carolina and say that I took out a loan through them, which I absolutely did not. I do not want calls from them anymore.
