It's Verizon Wireless.  If you're a little behind on your phone bill this automated # will call you.

Call originates from Wilmington, DE  I get these several times a day on my land line. I got it for the first time on my cell today.

Correct. JUST got the call myself @ 9:16am ET. It's Verizon Wireless "calling with urgent information about your account." They state if the person is not available, to please have that person call 877-373-7768 regarding their account. Yup. It's Verizon's collections. Fun!
