I just got the same message from this number & they knew my name i called my cell phone carrier & had them block the number because the message said they were my cell phone carrier & when i called them they said they didnt call
Recording claimed to be my cell phone carrier. Knew my name and amount due on my bill. Said my payment is past due and wanted my payment information. My bill isn't due for another two weeks.
It's a scam. I have a credit to my account because I paid more than my balance last month and this number called trying to say my account was $664.57 past due?....yea right if I were that much behind my phone would have been cut off a long time ago.
My number isn't the only one on the account and my number isn't the billing(main) number to contact. My advice is to ignore or report as a scam. Verizon has my mailing address.
