This a rental Scam! How can we found out the actual "real" owner of this number. He has done this now too many times with too many people! If we all ban together maybe this can be stopped! Please reply here if somebody on this message founds out the identity and if they did anything with authorities. Thank you!
Same story here! His wife is sick, they're moving to Alabama and claiming to rent a house in Berkeley for $1200/month (hundreds cheaper than anything else). I'm a grad student so it sounded great to me. Got an email from "Paul Cassanover" and a text from this number telling me to check my email. Red flag when the 910 area code is not in California, plus the email was written terribly.
Just happened to me. House in Washington Park for $900. Wanted to know how many months I was able to pay up front. Sick wife, 3-5 years in CT, missionary. If it's too good to be true.........
