Call came in to my home phone line "disguised" as one of those V (voip) numbers that these jerks are using increasingly to "mask" the actual number they are calling from (the caller ID read-out started with a V, but if you look at your phone, you can actually find the actual number they dialed you from)
I used my call blocker device to block anyfuture calls (I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a call blocker device...our phone line can only block 30 numbers, which is not nearly enough...I bought ours on Amazon).
After looking it up here, I used *67 to dial them back on the actual number (not the VOIP code it came in disguised as). There were zero rings, just some background noise, and then some younger sounding guy actually answered "hello/". I just hung up on him.
