Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
As others noted, fraud/scam call that says in part: "Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before magistrate or the grand jury for a federal criminal appearance. My number is 910-569-0019...."
I got this call before but today they left 3 messages an hour apart mr. Ferguson left the message call 910--569-0019 they need to arrest these people if they could catch them
To make a long story short. Caller ID says "Out of Area". He said his name is Alex Ferguson, Regarding the US Treasury. 2nd attempt will be to avoid appearance for a Federal Criminal offense. I knew it was a scam when the Caller ID show its "Out of Area" and he didn't even say my name. He end the message with "Help us to help you."
