These people call our business almost daily.  It is always an Indian person who speaks poor English asking to update our free online listing.  Today he told me their website is switchboard.com.  I've been through the whole spiel with them once and after asking 1000 questions they transfer you to a "supervisor" who asks you the questions all over again and then tries to trick you into agreeing to a service they will start charging you for after a free trial.  If you try and call the number back, you get a recording saying it has been disconnected.
