No voicemail left. First callback got a busy signal. After that, a "Your call cannot be completed as dialed" recording. Number is now blocked.

Scam. Ryan Edward (Card Member Services) & Ronnie Williams (Financial Councilor) kept calling me saying they could lower my credit card interest rate. Today after the 14th call I took their info down & said I was reporting them to police. They then threatened to charge my card $2000. When I told them I had cancelled it the day before, they cursed me out F U _itch & hung up on me.
