Charter Cable. Don't bother calling them to see if they service your area; because if they don't, they'll never stop calling you anyway.

They call using Charter on the caller ID and then they do not answer  the number that calls 1 913 204 8909

The caller ID says Charter  but they do not answer, I have gottenoneof these calls for about 3 days.

Same here. I even told that, yes I do want their services, which is true. They told me they don't service my area, yet they call and send junk mail. Waste of the owner's $$

I keep getting calls from this number through a calling app on my iPod and they answer say they wanna ask some questions then they hang up
