This company seems to be upstanding. I have had no problems with their customer service, technical support or 800 numbers. Every time I call they pick up. If I need support, they give it to me. If I need customer service, I call and get it. I have referenced multiple people to this company and I have not heard anything about customer service or tech support. I hope that this company is not getting beat up because of someone's poor motivations or negative motivations......
When I receive good support and service from a company I am very motivated to protect their interests and support them. This is important to me as there are many companies and customer service companies that really skimp out on their obligations to the consumer.
As for this company, I have absolutely no issue at all.

JEFF WORKS AT SPRAY-LINING. I KNEW HIM FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. COMPARED TO MAJOR BED LINER VENDORS THEY HAVE BETTER SERVICE THAN LINE-X WHO I ALSO USE & HE TAUGHT ME HOW I CIRCUMVENT MY UNFAIR FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH LINE-X. THAT WAS DUMB OF ME BUT IF THIS JEFF IS THE SAME JEFF WHOM IS MY SPRAY-LINING REP, HE IS A GOOD MAN AT A GREAT COMPANY... FYI THERE ARE SEVERAL SHIPPING LOCATIONS, DEALER LOCATIONS & PLANTS ON SPRAY-LINING'S WEBSITE. MANY OF MY SUPPLIES ARE FROM SASKATOON, SK WITHIN 2-3 DAYS.

I had no problems with this company. I decided to post this because I have dealt with Jeff on numerous occasions for multiple purchases. He has always delivered on time. He has always been available and when it comes to service, he has gone beyond the call of duty. That is one of the things I like best about the company. Their attention do detail and their level of care for my job was phenomenal. I think that's because they don't want to lose my business and they want good references. I think that is not such a bad thing. I would imagine any business that wants to stay in business would go to the same lengths.
I tell you this much. There is no good reason for Jeff to go out of his way to make a facade to the customer. From what I can tell he spends a large amount of time talking with clients and preparing orders. He is definitely a player in this arena and isn't going anywhere. I will stick by him for my needs as long as he is available and in business, Good luck Jeff :)

I read all kinds of junk online. This is definitely one of those times. Everyone has issues with vendors once in a while. But, this just sounds ridiculous, I have bought from this company for years and have not had issues, I think one time my order was partial and late. Jeff took care of it immediately,. He really jumped when I needed him to. Like the guy before me, his level of support was outstanding and I didn't need to ask him for it. He just jumped in with two feet and helped me out, In fact he's kind of long winded with support. He really seems to know his stuff well and he wants to make sure we don't screw up out there. You know if I get it right the first time I am not nearly as frustrating when I go back to him to order more for a new job versus re-ordering cause of a mess up. When he is long-winded, he is just being thorough. The easier it is for us, the easier it is for him... . Keep up the good work Jeff!
