This company seems to be upstanding. I have had no problems with their customer service, technical support or 800 numbers. Every time I call they pick up. If I need support, they give it to me. If I need customer service, I call and get it. I have referenced multiple people to this company and I have not heard anything about customer service or tech support. I hope that this company is not getting beat up because of someone's poor motivations or negative motivations......
When I receive good support and service from a company I am very motivated to protect their interests and support them. This is important to me as there are many companies and customer service companies that really skimp out on their obligations to the consumer.
As for this company, I have absolutely no issue at all.
Spray-Lining SCAM: Worldwide Industrial Enterprises IS NOT Spray-Lining. They've tried posing as our dealers, FAKE customers, as a distributor of Spray-Lining & as the actual parent Spray-Lining company. If your caller ID reads 888-843-4717, 631-884-1360, 631-226-2286 then it's not the real Spray-Lining & you will be victimized by a coating that'll fail or even worse: You may think you're a real Spray Lining dealer but product, customers, true dealer support services & people are all FAKE! The way to tell if you're actually dealing with Spray-Lining is: 1- Emails must be from SPRAY-LINING.COM, spelled only like that, 2- the true website with phone #s & other emails is WWW.SPRAY-LINING.COM, 3- better dealers are on that website or references are through those contacts, 4- as of 12-3-12 there is no 631 area code within Spray-Lining, whose a 100% Green TM that is a Green Technology Solutions Team of professionals competing with companies such a Rhino & Line-X & Carboline. 5- if you read an MSDS or specs & see isocyanates or Flash Point of under 175 degrees F that's THE Spray-Lining Scam Artist, not the real Spray-Lining Green Tech company.
