Call was something like:
"Hello. About your auto insurance, due to the 2016 changes in auto insurance laws..."
I hung up

9132840745 is a sales pitch for car insurance.  It would be nice if they quit calling my cell phone as I don't even own a vehicle.

They are very aggressive and didn't know my name. I answered a couple yes/no questions and then the lady rudely told me to set aside some time and another person would be calling me. Not in the market for insurance, and if I were, this would make me look elsewhere. If this is anything other than a phishing op, they can't be doing well enrolling new customers.

Call came in on my cell.  Did not pick up.  They did not leave a message.   Called the number back from a public phone and got a recorded message that the call did not go through.

Received call, I have no idea. no message left.
