have asked several times to be removed from list there automative service ask u everytime but the calls still come I try asking a agent and they just hang up on you
This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to pause or stop the recording. They yet further violate the TCPA by refusing to provide a physical address or a phone number when asked (once you finally do get to an operator), instead hanging up. Their recording states that this is your second (though there have been many) and final (though there will be more until this scammer is stopped) notice that you can lower your credit card bills and interest rates, you just need to provide their operator with personal and financial information that they would already have were this a legitimate offer. This is clearly a scam. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
Nothing can be done about this just don't answer your phone. Beware crooks are everywhere on your phone and compurter and the government is overwhem and can't help you. You have to learn how to protect yourself.
