Man called - thick Indian accent - initially the call said I was eligible for a lower interest rate on my Visa.
Whe I said I was interested & I asked how he had my Information - he replied, "Let me ask you, Are you stupid, Ma'am?"
Man with Indian accent called saying he was from my bank offering a lower interest rate on my credit card. He already had my card number and wanted me to verify the 7 digits on back. I wouldn't, he became very rude. Cursed at me and hung up. Then called me back from another number and said f##k off and hung up on me.
