Who called from 9142190080

One of many unknown callers since we ported a land line to a cell phone recently. Occurs late evening after 9:00 PM local time.

This number shows on caller ID as Health Ins.  Called at 9:45 p.m. two nights in a row.  I ignored call first night but picked up second night to tell them not to call anymore.  When I picked up, I got a recorded message, which said, "  All our agents are presently busy.  Leave your name and number, and we'll return your call shortly."  
I don't know if they got the message I left, but I told them, "I don't know who you are or where you are calling from, but it is 9:45 p.m. here.  Don't call this number anymore."

9:15 PM Call. Tried to answer. Nothing. Getting scads of call like this. Number on Do Not Call LIst for years 3rd time from this number.

Rude! Would not give his name - very unprofessional and refused to take no for an answer! Just plain rude

This call in coming in on a business line in rapid fire succession! Sometimes all of my lines are lit up at the same time from this number an from an 425 area code number -- 425 320 5071. Of course there is not a human on the line. The automated system states to press "9" to be removed from this list. Pressing "9" does not do anything. They both leave identical messages.
