Well they are at it again. Last October I had the same problem with the March of Dimes calling 7 days a week including calls before 8 AM and on Sundays. I called MOD at 800--996-2724 and was assured that they would remove me from their calling list. I now have received 2 calls from this # today. Anyone know if legal action can be taken to stop this?
Very helpful -- One note, you have to wait until the very end of the first message and then a long pause to get the second message that instructs you to press 1 to be taken off of the list. They claim it could take up to 30 days to take you off their call list. Thanks !
