Recorded message about lowering my electric bill.

The agent said the company was called "Live Voice" but a google search turns up nothing... Rude agent, the type that gets huffy and scolds you for interrupting her lengthy script with questions.

They called my work number twice.  Left no message.  Caller ID says CUSTOMER SERVIC.
