Funny, Comcast/Xfinity upped the call blocking opportunities from 10 to 25 recently. Since then I have been deluged with far more than 25 different spam callers. This one is dead air rather than telling me it is about my credit card rates, or the stimulus.
When I called back the number that called me, I got a message saying that the person's name is Bill Russell, prize director for something and that if you wanted a return call, to leave your full name and number, etc. Sounds like a scam to me.

Just got the Bill Russell you won a Ford Explorer Prize call. So i looked up that phrase and this is the article i found.
It is a scam looking for personal information. Don't give it to them!

yeap , we just got the sasme message saying my husband entered to win a 2014 ford explorer or 1 of 3 prizes, and that is not a sales call, he definilty won... my husband never enter's to win anyhing because of all the non stop calls you get after you enter... and yes the name was Bill Russell.. must be a scam, do not call back , we are not calling..
