Called cell phone yesterday. Do not pick up any number I do not recognize. Male recording left voicemail about medical alert blah, blah, blah. California area code. I am in NJ.
These calls aren't made by telemarketers. They aren't giving away or selling anything. They are CRIMINALS, and at some point will probably ask you for your credit card info (for a small shipping charge) or your Medicare number (which is your Social Security number). Once you give them the info they need to steal your money and identity, they are done with you. Do you honestly think that CRIMINALS will obey the DNC list? Do you think CRIMINALS will come here and read your post and stop calling you? If they did come here, how would they know who you are? Duhhhh
