Your right in your assumption something is not adding up. Case in point, If Grandmaw has just a minor problem with her car, I have to jump to it and fix it right then, or sleep with the dogs. I also work on grand children's, daughters, and yes even one son in laws car, lets say he is mechanically challenged as far as repairs go. And yes I use to be a ASE master tech and held certification a long, long time ago, and no I will not work on your car, I'm retired now.
Yes I must have wrote in the wrong place and yes I did make the mistake for handing someone my car for over a year. The only mistake I made was trusting this person. I repeatedly explained to him my frustration and at the same time was worried that is I said anything that something like this would happen. Now at the time I did have another car so yes I did listen to the excuses. After standing up to this person because enough was enough I then got my transmission and money stolen. My goal was to protect other people but I decided to contact the bbb which have seen all my documents and are going to question him and I have already filed to sue him. Nothing is off about this I am honest and truly thought other people were too. I have every document from this person all the way until November 3 of him promising me my stuff back in full. If you are interested in seeing if I was just trusting then feel free to leave a email I have no problem showing that I was just ripped off
Lin, you have been posting this number all over the internet since at least the 7th. What is up with that? In a couple of those posts, you come off pretty angry to me. All that activity sure seems to add up to a definition of vendetta, least ways on the internet.
You took your car to him. He did not call you out of the blue and demand your business or your money. Posting his number here will not benefit anyone else. He is not a telemarketer or serial phone scammer. The only traces are the angry posts you left. I am referring this to Admin, and suggest it is deleted. Better for you that way too.
You should take this to small or large claims court, and HOPE that all this activity of yours does NOT come to the attention of a Judge. Doesn't matter if you were ripped off, you can't just tell the world. Dang, girl, you'll be lucky if Ken doesn't go after you for this stunt. Get a decision before you start a campaign like this, OK?
