Who called from 9162393545

Received a call from 916-239-3545, CallerID showing only "Sacramento CA". This call was blocked while still ringing because the first few digits are already on my block list for my call blocker device.

Geesh, glad I wasn't taking a nap.  Voice mail came on, then a LOUD dial tone.  Annoying.
It doesn't matter to them if we answer, cos they're paid by the call MADE, NOT by the connection with a human being.  I actually think that might confuse them if we answered.  These losers need a hobby!

Called then back and received the message "caller 5 is on the phone."

Very strange . No one spoke including me . I put the phone down and they stayed on forever .
