My wife received a call from this number 9173362930 asking for me,so she told them wrong number she gave me the number and I call saying if I was the person they was looking for they gave me another number for me to call with a case some 844 number I called and they provided with my home address full name and social security and me dummy I said yes that is my info,they said I had a law suit from jcpenney from a debt I had back in 98 that my debt was 1300 but they will to settle for 495,then when I asked if they can reopen my case so I don't have to go to court the same guy who told they settle for 495 then he change the number and said 578,he even put on the phone his attorney who he did explain everything to me and that they were going to send me a letter. If there any way we can contact someone, I already got me lifelock theft protection and even notify them of the situation.
Did not leave a message but called 3 times over the course of a couple of hours.. Called ID showed it as Apex Legal which have scam complaints against them
Said they were from Apex legal services and said a civil lawsuit is being filed for collection in Bergen County N,J, unless I make a Payment today and set up a Payment Plan
Been receiving calls from this number with an attempt for me to take a number to call about a claim against me. Rumors and lies. I said send said complaint in the mail if so. NOT!
