Turned out to be a young lady selling car insurance. Turned the tables on her. Asked if it was a joke? She said never. Told her it had to be because the same way she found out I had a car she should have found out that because of my disease I could never drive. Told her I really do not appreciate these kind of jokes. That there is a place for people like this. I know they will probably call again but she won't!
This number called my phone several times over the past week or so. I answered today and it was some lady trying to get me to compare quotes for car insurances. She couldnt get it through her head I was not interested. I know the 917 is also used in IRS scams as well
Just received this call. Came up as a call from Ny. It was a lady with an Indian accent. Asked for my hubby. I told them he was not available and I would take a message. They hung up on me. Im assuming it is a scam since the ones I get from India people are scams.
